📋 Description

• Lead motion work from concept to production for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with video team, designers, and partners to advance the brand.
• Build and extend motion design systems: principles, templates.
• Translate dense concepts into clear, memorable stories.
• Review work, mentor teammates, and elevate animation as a comms tool.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of motion design experience in agency or in-house.
• Deep fluency in After Effects and Figma; UI and character animation.
• Strong pre-production craft: concepting, scripting, storyboarding.
• Clear, proactive communication with non-designers.
• Curiosity about tool evolution; exploring Rive, Jitter, Cavalry, AI.
• Willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
