🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in motion design with product/UI animation
Strong portfolio with shipped product animations
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping motion within design workflows
Comfort coding CSS animations, Framer Motion, Lottie, or Rive
Deep understanding of animation principles for product interfaces
Self-directed and capable of owning a discipline while collaborating with design and engineering
