Own motion work end-to-end—from narrative to final execution
Design for multiple audiences—from developers to designers exploring code
Develop and optimize motion workflows; integrate new tools for efficiency
Collaborate with product designers to ensure motion consistency across UX
Collaborate with external motion partners and provide clear creative feedback

🎯 Requirements

Portfolio in motion craft, typography, and strategic thinking across formats
Built/evolved motion identities for technical products or developer brands
Experience creating product launches and UI animation for software
Strong attention to pacing, composition, typography, and sound
Strong art direction; set creative bar and guide external partners
Articulate design decisions and rally teams around a vision
Nice to have: background in 3D or illustration
