📋 Description

• Draft social captions and schedule posts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok.
• Distribute new videos, recirculate evergreen content, and publish breaking news.
• Track video performance metrics and analyze data to inform strategy.
• Manage social presence and grow audience.
• Collaborate with the vertical video team on distribution.
• Work in New York or San Francisco office three times per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with digital storytelling, social media, and distribution.
• Excellent proofreading and copyediting.
• Experience packaging stories for social media.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and collaborate with a fast-paced team.
• Editorial experience or interest in journalism, data, and analytics.
