Examine, audit, and verify pre- and post-close loan files for QA and HMDA.
Identify, report, and monitor exceptions with Mortgage Production to resolve issues.
Review cancelled and denied loan files for HMDA submissions.
Support team workflows by monitoring queues and assisting with audits.
Ensure all loan files comply with Bank, Investor, and Regulatory requirements.
Communicate with cross-functional partners across the Mortgage division.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (Required).
2+ years in mortgage or QA/QC (Required).
2+ years in Mortgage Production/Operations or related banking/financial services (Preferred).
Equivalent education/experience can be substituted for a degree.
