🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years mortgage processing experience.
  • Willing to communicate by telephone with internal and external customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products/guidelines.
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
