- Manage active pipeline, track milestones, and meet timelines.
- Identify issues early and collaborate to prevent delays.
π― Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years mortgage processing experience.
- Willing to communicate by telephone with internal and external customers.
- Strong knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products/guidelines.
- Familiarity with loan origination systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
