🎯 Requirements
- HS Diploma required
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
- NMLS registration required
- 3+ years residential mortgage origination experience
- Proven ability to close and fund loans
- Knowledge of origination processes, regulations, and underwriting
- Knowledge of federal/state real estate lending laws
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
