🎯 Requirements
- HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- NMLS registration required
- 3+ years of residential mortgage origination experience
- Proven ability to close and fund loans to meet sales goals
- Knowledge of origination processes, regulations, and underwriting
- Strong presentation, verbal/written communication, and negotiation skills
