Ensure loans are set up in the system and submitted to underwriting.
Identify opportunities and provide financing sheets for listings/open houses.
Attend Realtor Association and Builder Association meetings and training sessions.
Take applications or meet clients at branches; attend closing signings.
Travel up to 20% for meetings/client visits; promote home ownership outreach.

🎯 Requirements

H.S. Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field preferred
NMLS registration required
