Be the go-to person for home financing needs; expert on Equity Advance and Move First.
Close a high percentage of captive leads; manage a 10–15 loan pipeline monthly.
Collaborate with Real Estate and Title Operations teams for best outcomes.
Support weekend coverage once per month to assist customers.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years lending experience with an active NMLS license or Florida registration.
Strong consultative sales skills to help customers get the best financial outcomes.
Passion for customer service and relationship building with clients and agents.
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA guidelines.
Bonus for familiarity with non-QM programs and reno/construction loans.
Tech-savvy; ability to learn new systems (Blend/Byte preferred).
