🎯 Requirements

3+ years lending experience with active NMLS license or Texas registration
Strong consultative sales skills to help clients navigate programs
Customer service mindset; keep clients and agents informed, even after hours
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA/VA; provide pre-approvals
Tech-savvy; quick to learn new systems; prefer Blend or Byte
