Consult with clients about needs and financing options, including Equity Advance loan
Build relationships with Orchard agents and customers to craft a great home buying experience
Be the go-to person for all home financing needs, including Equity Advance and Move First
Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage 10-15 loans monthly
Collaborate with other teams across Orchard Real Estate and Title Operations
Support weekend coverage once per month to assist customers

🎯 Requirements

3+ years lending experience with an active NMLS license or Texas registration
Strong consultative sales skills to help customers get the best financial outcomes
Passion for customer service and relationship building with customers and agents
Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA; provide pre-approvals
Bonus if you know non-QM programs and reno/construction loans
Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems; prefer Blend or similar tools
