Build relationships with Orchard agents to enable great home buying
Be the go-to for all home financing questions, incl. Equity Advance and Move First
Close a high percentage of captive leads; manage 10–15 loans per month
Collaborate with Real Estate and Title Ops for best outcomes
Support weekend coverage once per month for customer support

🎯 Requirements

3+ years lending experience with active NMLS license or AZ registration
Strong consultative sales skills to help customers and explain programs
Passion for customer service and relationship building; keep clients informed
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA guidelines for pre-qual
Tech-savvy; ability to learn new mortgage systems; Blend/Byte preferred
