Build strong relationships with Orchard agents and customers.
Be the go-to person for home financing; expert on Equity Advance and Move First.
Close high % of captive leads; manage 10-15 loans monthly, mostly purchases.
Collaborate with Orchard Real Estate and Title Operations teams to deliver best outcomes.
Support weekend coverage once per month to assist customers.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years lending experience with active NMLS license or registration (WA required).
Strong customer service and relationship-building with customers.
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA; ability to provide pre-approvals.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems; preference for Blend and Byte.
