🎯 Requirements
- At least 3+ years lending experience and active NMLS license or registered (GA required)
- Strong consultative sales skills to help customers get the best financial outcomes
- Passion for customer service and relationship building with customers and agents
- Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA; able to pre-qualify/pre-approve
- Tech savvy; able to learn new mortgage systems; Blend/Byte experience preferred
