🎯 Requirements

3+ years lending experience with an active NMLS license or Colorado registration
Strong consultative sales skills to get customers the best financial outcomes
Passion for customer service and relationship building with customers and agents
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA; pre-approvals/pre-qualifications
Tech savvy; quick to learn mortgage systems; preference Blend/Byte
