📋 Description

• Convert leads and grow share of wallet with agents and customers.
• Manage pipeline; ensure top service and responsiveness.
• Deliver a world-class mortgage experience.
• Coordinate with the transaction team to update status for clients.
• Originate agency conforming, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.
• Quote rates and structure loans; assist with underwriting needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years origination of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Jumbo loans.
• Expert knowledge of Desktop Underwriter (DU).
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong phone sales skills.
• NMLS licensed in AZ, CO, FL, GA, NC, OR, SC, TN, TX, WA.
• Strong time-management and project management.
