- Take applications and meet clients at branches; attend closings.
- Promote home ownership via community outreach and inclusive marketing.
- Comply with policies, security requirements, and regulations.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in residential mortgage origination
- NMLS registration required
- HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of origination processes, underwriting, and regulations
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and negotiation
- Ability to develop new leads and client relationships
