- Originating real estate loans from Realtors, builders, referrals, and walk-ins
- Set up originated loans in the bank system and submit for underwriting
- Identify opportunities and prepare financing sheets for listings/open houses
- Attend Realtor/Builder Association meetings
- Attend closing signing appointments as needed
- Attend internal/external trainings and meet with clients at branches
🎯 Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years residential mortgage origination
- Proven success closing and funding loans
- Knowledge of mortgage origination processes, regulations, and underwriting
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to real estate lending
