About the Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly in our Operations team. Based at least two days a week at our Tamworth Fulfilment Centre, you’ll play a key role in coordinating inbound logistics, keeping our systems accurate, and supporting supplier compliance. It’s a great opportunity if you enjoy being organised, working with data, and making operational processes flow effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound slot booking and keep the inbound booking tracker updated.
  • Monitor the bookings inbox, triage queries, and maintain smooth scheduling.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure adherence to logistics standards.
  • Reconcile daily stock records and flag inconsistencies.
  • Update SAP systems daily with receipt information and raise purchase orders.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse sites (including consumables and off-the-shelf gifts).
  • Run daily supply chain reports and dashboards.
  • Support data input and maintenance for new SKU set-up and system master data.
  • Assist in developing data-led tools and improvements for future supply chain offerings.
  • About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or inventory role.
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and Excel, including report generation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience with SAP (desirable).
  • Exposure to warehouse or fulfilment environments (desirable).
  • Background in e-commerce logistics or consumer goods (desirable).
