Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own and deliver end-to-end journeys across web and native apps
• Raise UX quality via strong interaction design and visual craft
• Explore ideas through prototyping and iterative testing from vision to delivery
• Design with an AI-informed mindset, using AI tools to accelerate exploration
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers and designers to bring ideas to life
• Evolve Moonpig design system for consistency and scalability
• Champion design quality across teams through critique and leadership
• Balance strategy with pixel-level craft in fast-paced environments

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years end-to-end product design experience
• Deep expertise in responsive web and native app design
• Outstanding craft in UI and interaction design
• Strong info architecture, user flows, interactions, visual systems
• AI-literate or AI-curious with AI tool experience
• Decisions grounded in qualitative and quantitative data
• Comfortable partnering with researchers or conducting light research
• Clear communicator; able to influence senior stakeholders
• Collaborative in cross-functional product teams
• Proficient in Figma with experience in a mature design system
