Data Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a data engineering team on core platform.
• Set technical direction across data infrastructure, architecture, and modelling.
• Own and evolve data models and architecture for scalable, governed data.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and in-house ingestion platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver trusted data for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and GDPR compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Mentor engineers and work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experienced manager or ready to step into people leadership.
• Ownership end-to-end of data models, architecture, pipelines, and production support.
• Passion for data and applying best practices to analytics engineering, data modelling, and platform design.
• Experience building modern data platforms, ideally using Snowflake.
• Experience with modern ETL tooling and automated data flows.
