🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in Operational and Enterprise Risk Mgmt in banking; 5+ years leadership.
- Strong expertise ICT, InfoSec, Payments, outsourcing, BC; familiarity with CBI/EBA/ECB/SSM.
- Proficient in RCSA, KRIs/KCIs, control testing, scenario analysis; ERM governance & reporting.
- Deep understanding of digital banking products and fintech risk.
- Exceptional communication; able to influence senior execs and Board.
- Experience setting up operational risk and outsourcing in Ireland/EU.
