The Opportunity
Monstro is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and scale the talent foundation of one of the most ambitious AI-native fintech companies in the world. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll design and execute the recruiting blueprint that fuels Monstro’s next stage of growth.
You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, AI/ML, product, and operational roles—sourcing exceptional talent, managing pipelines, and partnering directly with Monstro’s leadership team to ensure every hire meets the company’s technical bar and cultural values.
Beyond filling roles, you’ll architect the systems, tools, and workflows that enable speed, precision, and repeatability. This role blends execution with strategy—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, moves with urgency, and takes pride in shaping a world-class recruiting function from the ground up.

ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting
Own the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close.
Maintain real-time visibility into pipelines, ensuring clarity, speed, and communication at every stage.
Recruiting Operations & Systems
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, etc.) to improve efficiency.
Create process documentation and recruiting playbooks for repeatable scale.
Partnership & Communication
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding strategy, timelines, and candidate experience.
Talent Brand & Experience
Help shape and launch Monstro’s talent brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
4–7 years of recruiting experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
Proven success hiring engineers, AI/ML talent, product managers, and technical leaders.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, funnel management, and market mapping.
Hands-on experience with recruiting operations, systems setup, and analytics (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem).
Comfortable managing 8–12 active searches at once with speed and precision.
High ownership mindset—resourceful, organized, and resilient in dynamic environments.
Nice to Haves
Experience building a recruiting function from scratch or serving as a founding in-house recruiter.
Background in fintech, AI, or technical recruiting for deep tech sectors.
Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, equity structures, and offer modeling.
Exposure to People Ops, onboarding, or culture initiatives.
Build from the Ground Up: Shape the recruiting foundation and culture of a high-growth, AI-native fintech.
