📋 Description

  • Serve as Senior Sponsor for enterprise B2B and multi-channel lead gen clients.
  • Lead B2B growth strategy across funnel – ABM, paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV.
  • Architect full-funnel frameworks aligning media, creative, content, data, and sales.
  • Thought leadership on ABM, first-party data, measurement, experimentation.
  • Guide annual planning, quarterly reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate new service lines; leverage vendor partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading performance and full-funnel digital marketing for enterprise B2B.
  • 3+ years managing senior leaders and multi-disciplinary strategy teams.
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation, ABM, and audience design across channels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase.
  • Forecasting, optimization, and budgeting across multi-channel programs.
  • Strong analytics: marketing mix, incrementality, attribution, and pipeline measurement.
