🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in Product Design with enterprise portfolio.
Proven ability to work independently with strong collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills, including client-facing experience.
Strong UI/UX skills; translate data into effective user experiences.
Proficiency in Sketch and other design tools.
Experience conducting discovery and translating insights into scalable design strategies.
Experience in high-tech environments navigating large organizations.
