About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, culturally tuned-in Senior Community Manager to join our growing social media team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes online culture, understands the nuances of digital communities, and can bring a brand’s personality to life through meaningful, real-time engagement.

As the voice of the brand, you’ll be responsible for cultivating and managing vibrant online communities across platforms, fostering authentic connections with audiences, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s tone, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day interactions across all active social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically, following established brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Monitor brand sentiment and flag emerging issues or opportunities in real time
  • Identify and nurture brand advocates, influencers, and micro-communities
  • Work closely with the social and creative teams to contribute to content calendars and campaign activations
  • Provide feedback from community interactions to inform creative and content strategies
  • Participate in ideation sessions for social content, bringing insights from audience engagement trends
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and community growth
  • Analyze audience feedback and share actionable insights to optimize future communications
  • Support social listening efforts to identify cultural moments and emerging topics relevant to the brand
About you The essentials:
  • 3–4 years of experience in community management or social media within an agency or brand environment
  • Proven experience managing communities for social-first campaigns or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of social platform dynamics and online audience behavior
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone and nuance
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with social listening, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch)
