The Role

We are seeking a programmatic specialist who is passionate about hands-on digital activation. You will be the technical backbone for the implementation, optimization, and reporting of digital media campaigns across a global client portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring flawless execution, governance, and the strategic use of platforms within the digital ecosystem (Programmatic, If you are motivated by working with a diverse technology stack and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business goals, this is the place for you.)

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Activation & Execution: Build, implement, and execute campaigns across key platforms (DSPs, Ad Servers, Search & Social Platforms), ensuring proper tagging, trafficking, creative assignment, and targeting.
  • Optimization & Performance: Monitor in-flight campaign health (budgets, pacing, and performance) and conduct optimization analysis to make proactive strategic adjustments.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create necessary reporting infrastructure, manipulate data in Excel/Google Sheets, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that answer client questions.
  • Project and Client Management: Manage day-to-day PoC relationships, attend client meetings, troubleshoot campaign issues, and ensure Quality Assurance (QA) across all activation efforts.
  • Governance & Process Adherence: Maintain an understanding of Monks' Media Resale & Activation services and ensure adherence to all internal processes (admin, billing, time tracking, and execution protocols).
What We're Looking For Essential Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in digital media buying, operations, or activation within an agency or in-house team.
Technical Skills / Knowledge
  • Platform Proficiency: Conceptual understanding of relevant MarTech and media platforms, alongside intermediate/executive-level ability to execute(Programmatic- Display)
  • Ad Tech Tools: Experience with Ad Servers (Campaign Manager), DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Reporting & Analytics: Familiarity with Looker Data Studio, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, and GTM.
Consultative Skills / Soft Skills
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify, structure, and prioritize problems, leveraging data to inform solutions.
  • Project Management & Ownership: Strong organizational skills to stay effective in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Ability to proactively ask questions when needed, taking initiative rather than waiting for explicit direction to begin tasks.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Proficient in manipulating data (formulas, pivot tables) and deriving clear, actionable insights.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Ability to lead professional meetings with agendas/recaps and adjust message and tone based on the audience (internal/external).
  • Self-Management & Adaptability: High resilience and ability to receive and implement feedback (explicit and implicit) for continuous performance improvement.
