We’re seeking a Director of Retouching & AI Imaging to lead our high-end automotive imagery across our brands. In this role, you’ll oversee all photography and static imagery projects, working closely with creative teams, vendors, and clients. You’ll be responsible for developing innovative workflows by integrating AI, CG, and Unreal technology to push the boundaries of automotive visual excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive automotive retouching experience, a passion for innovation, and hands-on expertise with the latest AI-driven tools. You’ll lead by example, mentor teams, and collaborate across departments to ensure the highest quality work while improving efficiency through technology.

To succeed, you must excel at problem-solving, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively engaging with teams across different locations. A deep understanding of high-end automotive imagery, combined with familiarity with CG and Unreal workflows, is essential.

• Lead the creation of high-quality automotive imagery, leveraging AI, CG, and Unreal workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Work directly on shots, ensuring technical excellence and creative integrity.
• Develop and implement innovative workflows that merge traditional retouching with emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
• Mentor and lead retouching teams, fostering a culture of innovation and craftsmanship.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, CG, Unreal, and automotive imaging to continuously improve processes.
• Present work to clients and internal teams, clearly articulating creative and technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Partner with production and post-production teams to streamline workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the creative and technical teams.

• Extensive automotive retouching and high-end photography experience.
• Proven expertise with AI tools and workflows in creative production.
• Familiarity with CG and Unreal Engine workflows in high-end automotive or photography projects.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
