📋 Description

  • Lead day-to-day strategy and client comms for 2–3 B2B accounts with $500K+/mo media spend
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap for pipeline and revenue impact
  • Architect media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by buying stages and personas
  • Guide forecasting, planning, and performance reporting with funnel attribution
  • Collaborate with data/CRM teams to optimize toward MQLs, SAOs, and revenue

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing with B2B performance focus
  • Proven paid media leadership for enterprise or mid-market B2B
  • Full-funnel marketing and ABM across digital channels
  • Translate CRM data and sales metrics into media insights
  • Forecasting, budget allocation, and attribution (MTA/MMM)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
