📋 Description

  • Lead strategy for 2-3 enterprise B2B accounts with $500K+/month media spend
  • Own growth, retention, and roadmap for pipeline and revenue impact
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by stages, personas, and segments
  • Guide forecasting, planning, and reporting with funnel attribution and lead quality
  • Collaborate with data/CRM teams to optimize MQLs, SAOs, and revenue (Salesforce/HubSpot)

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing with a B2B focus
  • Led paid media programs for enterprise/mid-market clients
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and ABM
  • Translate CRM data and sales metrics into media insights
  • Forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MTA, MMM)
  • Present strategy to CMOs, VPs, and revenue leaders
