  • Lead day-to-day strategy for 2-3 enterprise B2C accounts with $500K+/mo media spend
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap development
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, paid social, programmatic, YouTube
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by buying stages and personas
  • Forecast media, plan annual budgets, and report on ROAS, CAC, CLTV
  • Collaborate with analytics/ecomm/CRM to optimize revenue using Shopify, BigCommerce, GA4, Klaviyo

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with ecommerce or lead-gen strategy
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market ecommerce or lead-gen clients
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights
  • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MTA, MMM)
  • Comfortable presenting to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and revenue leaders
