๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead strategy and client comms for 2-3 enterprise B2C accounts with 500K+/mo media spend.
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap development.
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, social, programmatic, YouTube, and affiliate.
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by buying stages and personas.
  • Guide media forecasting, annual planning, and performance reporting (ROAS, CAC, CLTV).
  • Collaborate with analytics/ecomm/CRM to optimize outcomes using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing focused on ecommerce or lead-gen.
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market ecommerce/lead-gen.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels.
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and measurement frameworks (MTA, MMM, incrementality).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
