  • 7+ years of digital marketing with a B2B performance focus
  • Proven success leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and ABM strategies
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into media insights
  • Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and measurement (multi-touch attribution, MMM)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
