π― Requirements
- 7+ years in digital marketing with B2B performance strategy
- Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise/mid-market B2B
- Deep understanding of full-funnel and ABM across digital channels
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into media insights
- Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and attribution frameworks (MTA, MMM)
- Comfortable presenting to CMOs/VPs and revenue leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
