🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing with a strong B2B performance focus.
- Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B.
- Full-funnel marketing and ABM across digital channels.
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
- Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MTA, MMM).
- Comfortable presenting strategy and insights to CMOs, VPs, and revenue leaders.
