📋 Description

  • Lead day-to-day strategy and client comms for 2-3 enterprise B2B accounts with $500K+ per month media spend.
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact.
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and affiliate.
  • Translate sales and marketing objectives into paid media strategies aligned to buying stages and personas.
  • Guide media forecasting, planning, and reporting with funnel attribution and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize toward business outcomes using Salesforce and HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing with a strong B2B performance focus.
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B.
  • Full-funnel marketing and ABM across digital channels.
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MTA, MMM).
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and insights to CMOs, VPs, and revenue leaders.
