🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing with B2B performance strategy
- Proven success leading paid media for enterprise/mid-market B2B
- Deep full-funnel and ABM strategies across digital channels
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into media insights
- Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MTA/MMM)
- Comfortable presenting strategy to CMOs, VPs, and revenue leaders
