🎯 Requirements

8+ years in UX or Product design
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
Strong understanding of business strategy and how design drives it
Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Google Suite, Adobe, and Marvel
Facilitate workshops, IA, flows, user testing, and optimization
