🎯 Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in financial reconciliation, banking ops, or accounting; fintech preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving; high attention to detail.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, reconciliation tools, and financial software.
Domain: Experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking reconciliation; knowledge of regulations.
Automation/Fraud: Familiarity with reconciliation automation tools and fraud detection.
