Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies.
Support internal teams with operational analytics for decision-making.

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience: 2+ years in fintech/financial ops.
Skills: Analytical, problem solving, communication.
Tools: Excel, data analytics tools; Jira & Confluence; MS Office.
Domain: Settlement, dispute resolution, reconciliation; fraud prevention and compliance.
