🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years MongoDB experience, ideally customer-facing; or 5+ years admin with MongoDB.
- Experience with MongoDB versions 3.0–8.x.
- Strong backup and recovery knowledge.
- Deep knowledge of storage engine, replication, sharding, indexing, backups.
- Experience managing MongoDB on-premise and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Percona tools PMM and Percona Backup for MongoDB is a plus.
