Coordinate with a global Cloud Operations Engineers team to ensure uptime for Atlas customers
Scale the Cloud Operations Engineering team with new processes and tools
Scope, design and deploy systems to reduce MTTR for incidents
Monitor and detect incidents on the Atlas platform; assist proactive resolution
Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
Perform root cause analysis after incidents and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

On-call DevOps/SRE/Cloud Ops experience (2+ years)
Linux system administration, configuration, troubleshooting
Monitoring, system performance data collection and analysis
Networking: DNS, TCP/IP, and related tech
AWS, GCP, and Azure familiarity
Ability to write small scripts to solve short-term system problems (Python/Java/Go/JS)
