The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growing business in India. You will become a key partner to Technical Leadership, driving excellence in recruiting process and candidate experience. This is a Bangalore based role with a hybrid working model.

The Opportunity:

Partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess and define talent requirements to recruit top-talent and advise on creative hiring strategy.
Build rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets.
Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques, and partner with the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.
Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding.
Provide regular recruiting metrics to hiring managers as required.
Be a steward of the Moloco culture and employer brand, and foster an amazing candidate experience.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

8+ years demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Management.
Ability to step into any position/org and be able to recruit based on the needed position in the required market.
Strong experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates, negotiating, and closing offers.
Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools and techniques.
Strong partnership/collaboration skills (Client Orgs, People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting Coordination, Immigration)
Ability to guide hiring managers and their teams to foster an inclusive and collaborative hiring process.
Experience supporting People Operations and HR processes is highly beneficial.
Fluent in English.
