📋 Description

• Design and operationalize the end-to-end GTM model for MCM.
• Build and maintain MCM's data architecture across teams.
• Oversee tooling strategy (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo) and reporting.
• Develop customer lifecycle ops: onboarding, health, expansion.
• Lead pipeline management and forecasting for global MCM.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM strategy roles.
• Expert in Salesforce, pipeline management, with forecasting models.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence.
• Strategic, analytical operator who designs systems and executes.
• Confident communicator aligning stakeholders on metrics and tools.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and 0→1 building.
