🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experienced with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of experimental design and causal inference.
• 2+ years in Data Science focusing on experimentation and causal inference.
• Experience building experimentation platforms and large-scale online experiments.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction with project scoping.
