Your impact
At Mollie, Product Marketing sits at the heart of product, commerce, and marketing.

You’ll join as Product Marketing Manager for Capital, our financing product that helps entrepreneurs access fast, flexible funding to grow their business. With Capital, Mollie merchants can unlock working capital to invest in inventory, marketing, or expansion — without the friction of traditional financing.

In this role, you’ll be both the voice of our merchants and a bridge between product, marketing, and commercial teams. You’ll shape how Capital is positioned in the market, craft the stories that resonate with business owners, and drive campaigns that fuel awareness, adoption, and retention. You’ll also play a key role in informing the product roadmap ensuring we’re solving real merchant needs and staying ahead of the competition.

What you’ll ship

  • Lead the product marketing strategy and execution for Mollie Capital, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and narrative that differentiate Capital in a competitive market.

  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for new features, market expansions, and campaigns ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on customer insights, data, and market opportunities.

  • Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), segment strategies, and value propositions to fuel acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate with Growth, Field, and Partner Marketing to create campaigns and content that span the entire funnel.

  • Enable commercial teams with messaging, tools, and training that sharpen go-to-market execution.

  • Create thought leadership and educational content that establishes Mollie as a trusted voice in business financing.

  • Lead project updates and ensure clear communication across teams, closing feedback loops proactively.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, representing Mollie Capital internally and externally to elevate our market presence.

  • Develop and execute email campaigns with eligible merchants

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within fintech, lending, or financial services.

  • Proven success in bringing financial products to market and scaling adoption through data-driven campaigns.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into clear product narratives.

  • Experience working closely with Product and Commercial teams, influencing roadmaps and go-to-market strategy.

  • A natural storyteller — skilled at turning complex financial concepts into simple, compelling messaging.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills; comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.

  • A hands-on, collaborative attitude — you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

  • Embrace AI and data analytics to shape go-to-market strategies in expansion regions, using insights to influence content, channels, and engagement tactics tailored to local buyer behaviour

  • A strong affinity with AI and emerging technologies – you’re hands-on and explorative with new tools to increase efficiency and impact in your day-to-day work, always looking for ways to drive smarter, faster, and more effective marketing
