Molding Technical Operator

📋 Description

• Safely operate and monitor injection molding machines to meet specs.
• Use the Mii system for job tracking and documentation.
• Set up molds, startups, color changes, and shutdowns per procedures.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Identify and report defects or machine malfunctions to supervisor or plant lead.
• Assemble plastic and die-cast components and conduct functional testing.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude; quickly learn molding processes.
• Comfortable using hand tools and calipers/micrometers.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; tolerate heat and humidity.
• Strong attention to detail; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
