- Polish milled, EDM, and turned surfaces in hardened H-13 and P-20
- Polish and detail all die/mold surfaces to finish specs
- Maintain draw polish to release plastic parts and castings
- Add radii and blending contours as needed
- Work with Tool & Die team during spotting and fitting
- Meet delivery dates for each tool component
- Preventive maintenance on injection molds and dies
- Notify supervisor of conditions affecting efficiency/quality
- Identify non-conforming product
- Provide technical leadership to less experienced staff
- Meet or exceed estimated times
- Coordinate with QC and other departments for first-piece qualifications
- ITAR: eligible for required export authorizations
