🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Basic understanding of Teams Voice or telephony concepts.
- Experience with collaboration, file sharing, and user enablement.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-700, or equivalent).
