🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with Teams Voice/telephony concepts.
- Experience with collaboration, file sharing, and user enablement.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: MS-102, MS-700 or equivalent certifications.
